AI writes a first draft. PMOpack checks it.
The app checks the draft against your saved programme snapshot. AI does not decide whether the artefact passes.
AI helps write your artefact. PMOpack checks it against the programme data you saved. You choose what happens next, and the app keeps a clear record.
The app checks the draft against your saved programme snapshot. AI does not decide whether the artefact passes.
If PMOpack did not run a check, it says so. If a check breaks, the artefact cannot pass.
PMOpack does not publish artefacts on its own. Publishing waits for a signed-in workspace member’s request. A serious issue must be fixed, or an owner or admin must explain why it is accepted.
A correction saves a new version instead of rewriting the old one. PMOpack also keeps the checks and accepted issues for the artefact.
Use the programme information you already have, or start fresh. You stay in control at each step.
Upload a supported programme file. If your information is in notes or other materials, enter the key facts by hand. Or build a new programme snapshot from scratch with the guided form.
Review what PMOpack read from your file, or check the facts you entered, before saving the programme snapshot.
Pick a WG Report, SteerCo pack, Status Report or another artefact in the app.
AI uses the programme facts you saved to help write the artefact.
PMOpack checks the draft. Fix any serious issue, or an owner or admin records why the team accepts it. If the PDF was blocked, generate the artefact again.
When the PDF is ready, open or download it. A signed-in workspace member can then ask PMOpack to publish it.
This is how PMOpack prepares WG Reports, SteerCo packs, Status Reports and the other artefacts in the app.

PMOpack sends the data needed for the draft to its AI service.
The app runs the checks available for that artefact and shows any issues.
